What it does

• Never makes up a price or a promiseIt only picks from your catalog. Prices show as "listed price, confirm at checkout", and anything it does not know, it says it will check with the team.
• Hands shoppers to youWhen someone wants to buy, ask a question it cannot answer or speak to a person, it asks for their name and email or phone, with consent, and sends it to you.

How it works

1. Pay $19 a month and give us your store address.
2. Within one working day we email you a private link to try it, and one line of code for your store. We can add it for you.
3. Shoppers see a chat button on your store. Their enquiries come to you.
4. Cancel any time: reply to your welcome email and we cancel the same day.

What it does not do yet: take payments, look up orders or give discounts. Prices and stock come from your public catalog and can be up to 6 hours old. Chat text is processed by an AI model after email addresses and phone numbers are removed; chats are kept 7 days and enquiries 30 days (privacy).
