We watch how yours is actually done, build it so it runs itself, and then look after it. It does not matter what trade you are in or whether you sell to businesses or to people -- if it is a process, it can be automated.

What it costs
per build, half to start and half when you have seen it work
- We watch the work being done once, and write down what actually happens -- not what the manual says.
- The build itself: the forms, the routing, the messages, the records, and whatever has to talk to whatever.
- It runs on our infrastructure. No new subscription for you to buy, and nothing to install.
- You see it working on your own data before you pay the second half.

- It is watched. When something it depends on changes, we find out before you do.
- Fixes are included. If it breaks, fixing it is not a new quote.
- Small changes are included: a new field, a different message, another recipient.
- A new workflow is a new build, at the setup price. We will always say which one it is before doing the work.

- Separately that is $399 and $199: $598 a month.
- Together it is $499, so you keep $99 a month.
- The setup fee is unchanged, and either part can be stopped on its own.
How the money works
- Half the setup fee starts the work, half is due when it is running on your own data and you have watched it run.
- The monthly starts the month after it goes live, not the day you pay the deposit.
- There is no contract and no notice period. Stop the monthly and what was built keeps running; we stop watching it.
- A second, different workflow is a second build at the setup price. We will say which it is before doing the work, not after.
- You do not buy any software from us or anyone else to make it work.
Before you ask
- It is one person. That is why the list of things we sell is short and why the person who builds it answers the phone.
- We will tell you when not to. Some jobs are cheaper left alone. That is a sentence on a call, not an invoice.
- Your data stays yours. We take what the job needs and nothing else, and it is deleted when you stop.
