Pick your shop and leave your email. Odile drafts replies to the reviews Google exposes through its Places API — at most five, ranked by relevance rather than by date — and sends them to you to post. Watching for every new review, and posting replies automatically, both need Google Business Profile access, which is not enabled yet.
