What it does with the call
- Picks up when nobody can. On the number you already have, after hours or when every hand is busy. Nothing to replace, and it only takes the calls you don't.
- Books the appointment. Which service, the day and time, their name and number, into your calendar. If a time is taken it offers the nearest free ones.
- Answers what rings all day. Hours, walk-ins, where you are. A price only if you gave it one.
- Texts you the message. On your phone before the caller has hung up, so you call back knowing why.
It answers in Vietnamese and Spanish.
It follows the caller's language instead of asking them to pick one: English, Spanish or Vietnamese on this demo, and it follows a caller who switches mid-call. The message it texts you can be written in Vietnamese too.

What it will not do
- It does not promise a wait time. It cannot see the chairs, so it offers a booked time instead.
- It does not quote. If somebody asks what a full set costs, it says the salon will tell them, unless you gave it your prices.
- It does not give advice about a reaction, an infection or a lifting nail that hurts. It takes the message and marks it urgent.
- It tells callers it is an assistant, first thing. It will not pretend to be you.
