What it does with the call

  1. Picks up on the second ringOn the number you already have. Nothing to replace, nothing to port, and it only takes the calls you don't.
  2. Finds out what is actually wrongName, callback number, the address, and what they are looking at. Not a menu and not a form read out loud.
  3. Tells them what happens nextWhen you can get there, in your words, with the hours you gave it. It never quotes a price you did not give it.

It answers in Spanish

It follows the caller's language rather than asking them to pick one, in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Turkish, German or Russian — seven in all, and it follows a caller who switches mid-call. On a Florida trade line that is not a nice-to-have. It also asks permission to record at the start of every call, because Florida is an all-party consent state and a recording made without that is not yours to keep.

It does not diagnose anything. It takes the description and gives it to you.

It does not quote. If somebody asks what a water heater costs, it says you will call them back with that.
