Demo · a private club that does not exist
Talk to the club receptionist.
This is the same receptionist a club would put on its clubhouse line after five. It is answering as Demo Bay Club, which is invented, so nothing you say to it reaches anybody and no date can be held.
A “Start a call” button sits in the bottom corner of this page. Press it, allow the microphone, and speak. It answers the way it would answer a member.
- Ask what a wedding for 150 in June would cost. It will not give you a number. It takes the date, the guest count and your details for the director of events, and says so.
- Ask it to hold the date while you think. It will not. A date it cannot confirm is the one promise that costs a club a member.
- Say you are a member and ask for the gate. It puts you through to the number the club gives it, rather than taking a message about it.
- Complain about something, and push. It will not pretend it can transfer you to a manager at nine on a Saturday. It takes the complaint with your name and number so it is on the GM’s brief in the morning.
- Switch to Spanish mid-sentence. It follows.
It opens by saying the call is recorded and that it is an AI assistant, because Florida asks all parties and a board will ask you about it. What you say here is processed to run the demo; it is not a real club and there is nothing to book.
