What it asks the family
Who is in custody, and where
The defendant’s full name and date of birth, the jail or county, when they were arrested, the booking number if the caller has it, the charges they were told, and the bond amount if it has been set.
Who is calling
The caller’s name, how they are related and a callback number, and whether they or someone else with a job who lives in the area can co-sign.
READY TO WRITE
Every call reaches you by text, marked urgent. When it has the name, the jail and the bond amount, your text starts with READY TO WRITE, so you know which call to return first.
What it never does
It never gives legal advice, never says whether or when someone will be released, and never offers a discount, a lower premium or anything free: you quote the premium. It only answers calls that come in; it never calls or texts anyone to solicit. Those are the things Florida’s bail statute (s. 648.44) restricts. Check your own state’s rules with your attorney.

Do I keep my number?
Yes. You forward your agency line to it when you can’t pick up, at night or while you’re at the jail. Callers dial the same number as always.
Does it speak Spanish?
Yes. It follows the caller’s language, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Turkish, German or Russian, and the details reach you by text.
Will it quote the premium or promise a release?
No. It takes the details and tells the family an agent will call back right away. You quote the premium and you write the bond.
Does it connect to Captira or my bail software?
Not yet. Today every call is texted to you and saved in your console with the caller’s details.
