Florida asks every caller's consent to record.
Florida is an all-party consent state (Fla. Stat. § 934.03): a call may be recorded only if everyone on it agrees. So the receptionist asks first, in plain words, before it records anything. If the caller says no, it gives your opening hours and ends the call instead of carrying on. You do not have to write that rule yourself; it is built into every line we set up.
