What it will not do, on purpose

Your work is licensed. A line that answers the questions only you should answer is a liability with your name on it, so this one takes the message and leaves the answer to you.

• It does not state a premium or a price, say whether something is covered, or explain what a policy includes.
• It does not bind, change or cancel a policy, or say that coverage has started. Only a licensed agent can.
• It does not ask for a policy number, a date of birth, a driver's license or a Social Security number.
• Anyone hurt or in danger is told to call 911 first, and the message reaches you marked URGENT.
• Anything it cannot answer becomes a message with the question in it, so you answer it yourself.
