Odile Restaurant · for restaurants and cafes
The phone rings in the middle of the rush. Answer every call.
Odile answers your number when the line is busy or you’re closed: reservation requests, catering inquiries, hours and directions, and pickup orders on the Ordering plan. Every call reaches you by text.

Order from the demo pizzeria
It answers as Demo Pizzeria, which is invented. Its till is a demo till, so nothing you order is cooked or charged.
Order a 16-inch pepperoni for pickup, then add mushrooms.
It reads every item back with the total from the till, and sends the order only after you say yes.
Ask if the gluten-free crust is safe for celiac.
It will not promise that. It says the kitchen will confirm and passes your words on.
Ask for a table for six on Saturday at eight.
It takes the request and says the restaurant will confirm. It never says a table is booked.
Ask about catering for 40.
It takes the date, headcount and dietary needs for the owner’s callback.
Switch to Spanish.
It follows.
Talk to it from this page
Uses your microphone. It says it is an AI and that the call is recorded, as it does on the phone.

What it does on every call
Reservations
It takes the name, number, date, time and party size and says the restaurant will confirm. It never tells a caller a table is booked.
Allergies
It never says a dish is safe for an allergy. It tells the caller the kitchen will confirm and passes the allergy on word for word.
Catering and private events
Name, number, date, headcount and dietary needs, sent to you for a callback.
Hours, wait times and specials
Only what you gave it. It never guesses a wait time or a special.
Phone orders, on the Ordering and Pro plans
It reads your menu from your POS and prices the order with your POS. It reads every item and the total back to the caller, and sends the order only after they say yes. It never takes a card number on the phone. If the till doesn’t confirm an order, it tells the caller the order didn’t go through and takes a message. It never guesses.
Square
Built. It reads the items on your Square menu; add-ons such as toppings aren’t read from Square yet. The caller gets a text with your Square checkout link, and the order reaches Square when they pay.
Toast and Clover
We’ve applied to their partner programs. Phone orders on Toast and Clover start once they approve access; until then, your line takes calls and messages.
Set up with you
We connect your till with you and place a test order together. Your line takes no real order before that test goes through.
Your orders
Every phone order is in your console, with a summary and a spreadsheet export.

Questions owners ask
Do I keep my number?
Yes. You forward your line to it when it rings busy or after a few rings, or after you close. Callers dial the same number as always.
Does it take delivery orders?
Pickup orders only. A delivery caller gets your online ordering link if you have one, or it takes a message for a callback.
Does it speak Spanish?
Yes. It follows the caller’s language: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Turkish, German or Russian.
My POS isn’t Square, Toast or Clover.
Starter works with any till, because it takes calls and messages, not orders. Tell us which POS you run and we’ll tell you plainly whether phone orders can reach it.
What does it cost?
$199, $399 or $599 a month, each with a 14-day trial. No contract, cancel any time.
